The inducement grants were approved by Damora\u2019s independent Compensation Committee of its Board of Directors and were made as material inducements to such individuals\u2019 acceptance of employment with Damora in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4).<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">The inducement grants consist of options to purchase an aggregate of 451,000 Damora ordinary shares with a 10-year term and an exercise price of $28.99 per share. All of the options vest as to 25% on the first anniversary of the employees\u2019 start date and in equal monthly installments for the following 36 months.
