(\u201cJames Hardie\u201d), a wholly-owned subsidiary of James Hardie Industries plc (\u201cJHI\u201d) (NYSE \/ ASX: JHX), today announced an expansion of their partnership under which Boise Cascade\u2019s Building Materials Distribution division will become the sole nationwide distributor of James Hardie\u2019s and its North American affiliates\u2019 complete portfolio of exterior building products through its extensive network of strategically located distribution facilities across the United States, effective July 31, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\nBoise Cascade\u2019s Building Materials Distribution division is one of the largest wholesale distributors of building products in North America. James Hardie is the North American leader in fiber cement siding and exterior design solutions.<\/p>\n<p>\nUnder the expanded agreement, Boise Cascade will distribute James Hardie\u2019s comprehensive portfolio of products \u2013 including Hardie<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> siding and trim, and now adding AZEK<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> trim and moulding and TimberTech<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> decking and railing \u2013 through its nationwide network of distribution centers. As the two companies fully align their focus and resources, Boise Cascade will transition away from distributing competitive siding, trim, and exterior moulding products.
