\nKrispy Kreme, Inc. (NASDAQ: DNUT) (\u201cKrispy Kreme\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced the appointment of Suk Nicholas as Chief Commercial Officer and Lori Suess as Chief People Officer, effective August 3, 2026.<\/p>\n

\nIn the newly created role of Chief Commercial Officer, Ms. Nicholas will join Krispy Kreme’s Global Leadership Team and lead the Company\u2019s fresh delivery business in the U.S. and internationally. She will oversee the development and execution of enterprise sales strategies to accelerate growth, expand key partnerships and revenue opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and build world-class commercial capabilities across markets.<\/p>\n

\nMs. Nicholas brings more than 15 years of Krispy Kreme experience, having joined Krispy Kreme U.K. & Ireland in 2010 before moving to the Company\u2019s global team in 2023. During her tenure, she has held a variety of leadership roles across sales and global commercial strategy.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cSuk has played a pivotal role in building and scaling Krispy Kreme’s fresh delivery business and expanding our commercial capabilities,\u201d said Krispy Kreme CEO Josh Charlesworth. \u201cShe is a growth-oriented leader with deep commercial expertise and a proven track record of delivering results.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nThe Company also announced the appointment of Lori Suess as Chief People Officer.
