(NYSE: AROC) (\u201cArchrock\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared an increased quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share of common stock, or $0.92 per share on an annualized basis. The second quarter 2026 dividend will be paid on August 11, 2026, to all stockholders of record on August 4, 2026.<\/p>\n

The second quarter 2026 dividend per share amount represents an increase of approximately 5 percent over the Archrock first quarter 2026 dividend level and an increase of approximately 10 percent over the Archrock second quarter 2025 dividend level.<\/p>\n
