NEW YORK, July 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Gainey McKenna & Egleston announces that a securities class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas on behalf of all persons or entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Primoris Services Corporation (\u201cPrimoris\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) (NYSE: PRIM) securities between August 5, 2025 and June 22, 2026, inclusive (the \u201cClass Period\u201d).<\/p>\n
