LITTLE ROCK, Ark., July 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Bank OZK (the \u201cBank\u201d) (Nasdaq: OZK) today announced that net income available to common stockholders for the second quarter of 2026 was $163.3 million, a decrease of 8.7% from $178.9 million for the second quarter of 2025, but an increase of 2.5% from $159.3 million for the first quarter of 2026. For the first six months of 2026, net income available to common stockholders was $322.6 million, a 7.0% decrease from $346.8 million for the first six months of 2025. Diluted earnings per common share (\u201cEPS\u201d) for the second quarter of 2026 were $1.49, a decrease of 5.7% from $1.58 for the second quarter of 2025, but an increase of 3.5% from $1.44 for the first quarter of 2026. EPS for the first six months of 2026 were $2.93, a 3.9% decrease from $3.05 for the first six months of 2025.<\/p>\n
