\nPolanco, who succeeds Timothy R. Kinser as vice president \u2013 operations, has served as RPM vice president of manufacturing since November 2022, leading manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the company\u2019s business segments, including efficiency, asset optimization and working capital improvements. He joined RPM\u2019s DAP business in 2016 and previously held operations leadership roles at Masco Corporation and Black & Decker. Polanco holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in management from the University of Phoenix and completed graduate studies at Loyola University Maryland.<\/p>\n
