NEW YORK, NY, July 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Jones Ventures INTL Acquisition1 Corp (Nasdaq: JONEU) (the \u201cCompany\u201d) announced today the closing of its previously announced initial public offering of 20,000,000 units. The units were sold at a price of $10.00 per unit. The Company\u2019s units began trading on July 14, 2026, on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol \u201cJONEU\u201d. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one right to receive one eighth (1\/8) of a Class A ordinary share upon the consummation of an initial business combination. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and rights are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbols \u201cJONE\u201d and \u201cJONER,\u201d respectively.<\/p>\n

JonesTrading Institutional Services LLC acted as sole book-running manager for the offering. \u00a0The Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,000,000 units at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any.<\/p>\n
