Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share of the Company, $0.0001 par value per share,\u00a0 and one redeemable warrant, each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share upon exercise, at a price of $11.50 per share.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade on Nasdaq under the symbols \u201cBRKH\u201d and \u201cBRKHW,\u201d respectively. No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade.
