\nThe Board of Directors of Ryder System, Inc.<\/a> (NYSE: R) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $1.01 per share of common stock to be paid on September 18, 2026 to shareholders of record on August 24, 2026. This dividend reflects an 11% or $0.10 increase from the $0.91 cash dividend that Ryder had been paying quarterly since July 2025.<\/p>\n
