\nMediaCo Holding Inc. (Nasdaq: MDIA) announced several leadership changes to its Board of Directors, reflecting the company’s continued focus on strong governance and long-term value creation.<\/p>\n

\nAfter serving as independent Chair of the Board, Deborah McDermott<\/b> will step down from her role as Chair and as Chair of the Compensation Committee. She will continue to serve as a member of MediaCo’s Board of Directors and remain a member of the Compensation Committee.<\/p>\n

\nMediaCo also announced the appointment of Robert L. Greene, President & CEO of the National Association of Investment Companies, as independent Chair of the Board<\/b>. In addition, Greene will join and lead the Compensation Committee as its Chair.<\/p>\n

\nThe company further announced that Amit Thakar<\/b> has been appointed Chair of the Audit Committee and will succeed Robert Greene in that role, while Greene assumes his new responsibilities as Chair of the Board.<\/p>\n
