OAK RIDGE, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–
\nStandard Nuclear, Inc. (\u201cStandard Nuclear\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), a reactor-agnostic producer of TRISO nuclear fuel, today announced the launch of the roadshow for its proposed initial public offering of 18,250,000 shares of its Class A common stock. The initial public offering price is expected to be between $18.00 and $21.00 per share. Standard Nuclear also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,737,500 shares of the Company\u2019s Class A common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or other terms of the offering. Standard Nuclear has applied to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol \u201cSTDN.\u201d<\/p>\n
