HARTFORD, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–Virtus Stone Harbor Emerging Markets Income Fund<\/a> (NYSE: EDF), managed by Stone Harbor Investment Partners, today announced that James E. Craige, CFA, will step down as a portfolio manager of the Fund effective December 31, 2026.<\/p>\n

\nDarin Batchman, Richard Lange, and Stuart Sclater-Booth will continue to serve as portfolio managers of the Fund and remain responsible for the implementation of the Fund\u2019s investment strategy. Steffen Reichold, Ph.D., who joined Stone Harbor in 2009 and serves as a portfolio manager and emerging markets economist, will be added as a portfolio manager of the Fund effective July 2, 2026.<\/p>\n
