The units will be listed on The Nasdaq Global Market, or Nasdaq, and trade under the ticker symbol \u201cMIACU\u201d with trading expected to begin on July 2, 2026. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share of the Company and one-half of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Class A ordinary share of the Company at a price of $11.50 per share, subject to certain adjustments. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols \u201cMIAC\u201d and \u201cMIACW,\u201d respectively.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The offering is expected to close on July 6, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Cantor Fitzgerald &amp; Co. is serving as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
