He will guide growth planning and drive alignment across strategy, programs, and customer priorities as AEVEX scales to meet the evolving needs of U.S. and partner\u2011nation defense communities.<\/p>\n<p>\nKrishnan joins AEVEX from Northrop Grumman Space Systems, where he served as Sector Vice President and General Manager for the Payload and Ground Systems Division, leading a broad portfolio of national security, defense, and civil space programs. Prior to that, Krishnan served as Sector Vice President of Strategic Growth for Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, overseeing strategy, business development, government relations, customer engagement, and international growth. He also previously led the Tactical Fighters business unit, providing EO and RF sensor solutions for multiple fighter platforms across production, development, and sustainment cycles.<\/p>\n<p>\nBefore joining Northrop Grumman, Krishnan held senior leadership roles at L3Harris Technologies, including President of the Electro Optical Sector within Integrated Mission Systems and Vice President\/General Manager of the ISR business unit.
