To support a smooth leadership transition, Mr. Parker will remain with the Company as an advisor to the Board and incoming CEO through the end of the current fiscal year. He will continue to serve as a member of the Board and beginning in fiscal 2027 will serve as a consultant to the Company in support of certain strategic growth pursuits.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSixteen years ago, Zach Parker became the CEO of a $35 million revenue company that was insignificant to the Government Services industry,\u201d said Chairman of the Board Rick Wasserman. \u201cHe built a team, and together, they built that organization into the DLH of today.
