(NYSE: HZO), the world\u2019s largest recreational boat and yacht retailer, marina operator and superyacht services company, today announced that it has completed the refinancing of its $1.49 billion aggregate senior secured credit facilities.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe new credit facilities (the \u201cCredit Facilities\u201d) consist of the following:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bwlistdisc\">\n<li>\n$950 million floor plan line of credit (the \u201cFloor Plan\u201d), replacing a similar facility<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n$302.5 million term loan (the \u201cTerm Loan\u201d), replacing the prior facility<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n$150 million revolving credit facility (the \u201cRevolver\u201d), replacing a $100 million facility<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n$85 million delayed draw mortgage facility (the \u201cMortgage Facility\u201d), of which $35 million is outstanding, replacing the prior $100 million facility<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nThe Credit Facilities mature in June 2031, extending MarineMax\u2019s debt maturity profile by five years.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cThis refinancing strengthens our financial position by lowering our borrowing costs, extending our maturity and providing additional liquidity to support the continued execution of our long-term strategy,\u201d said Michael H.
