S&amp;P also upgraded the rating on the Company\u2019s senior secured debt to \u2018BB\u2019 from \u2018BB-\u2018 and senior unsecured debt to \u2018B+\u2019 from \u2018B\u2019. In addition, S&amp;P\u2019s \u20181\u2019 recovery rating on the secured debt and \u20184\u2019 recovery rating on the unsecured debt are unchanged.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">The upgrade reflects S&amp;P\u2019s view that the Company\u2019s debt paydown and improved profitability for leverage reduction has lowered S&amp;P Global Ratings-adjusted leverage from 4.2x to 3.1x for the last 12 months. S&amp;P noted the Company used \u201csale proceeds with cash on the balance sheet to retire $150 million of its 2027 senior unsecured notes, materially improving its debt profile and extending weighted-average maturity.
