The Company continues to evaluate potential opportunities for additional data agreements.<\/p>\n<p>\n        <b>Agreement Highlights<\/b>\n      <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:4pt\">~$35.05 million in total transaction value across ~300,000 transactions, provided under a perpetual, irrevocable Data Access &amp; Usage Framework.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:4pt\">Seven years of continuous trade history, enabling robust demand seasonality forecasting.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:4pt\">SKU- and brand-level granularity across major global apparel and footwear labels active in the Indian market.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:10pt\">RedCloud retains ownership of all derived data, models and analytical outputs generated through the agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The dataset \u2014 granular to SKU and brand level across major global footwear and apparel names \u2014 is expected to enable early training of RedAI\u2019s demand forecasting capabilities in new consumer goods categories, powered by the RAID engine for activation by RedAI\u2019s specialist AI agents as they are launched.
