It will be LP\u2019s fourth ExpertFinish manufacturing location and the second one purpose-built for ExpertFinish production, following the opening of LP New York in 2023.<\/p>\n<p>\nLocated near key new construction and repair and remodeling markets in the Midwest, the facility will help support growing demand for LP SmartSide ExpertFinish products. Siding will be manufactured and primed at LP siding mills before being shipped to North Branch, where team members will apply one of 22 prefinished colors to create ready-to-install exterior siding products that help eliminate the need for painting after installation.<\/p>\n<p>\nThis investment builds on LP\u2019s long history in Minnesota, where the company has operated since opening its Two Harbors siding mill in 1985.
