For applications requiring enhanced sensitivity \u2014 particularly in low light conditions \u2014 the VEMD5525FX02 offers a reverse light current of 0.11 \u03bcA and a sensitivity range from 480 nm to 590 nm in a top-view QFN package with a large 7.5 mm\u00b2 radiant sensitive area.
