HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–Comfort Systems USA, Inc. (NYSE: FIX) <\/b>(the \u201cCompany\u201d), a leading provider of commercial, industrial and institutional heating, ventilation, air conditioning and electrical contracting services, today announced that Craig Sasser, currently Regional Vice President \u2013 Atlantic Region, will be appointed to serve as Chief Operating Officer, effective July 1, 2026. Trent T. McKenna will continue to serve as President of the Company.<\/p>\n

\nBrian Lane, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, commented, \u201cI\u2019m thrilled to congratulate Craig on his new role. \nThe Company further announced that Briston Blair will transition from his current role as the Company\u2019s Senior Vice President \u2013 Innovation & Strategy to the role of the Company\u2019s Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, effective as of July 1, 2026.<\/p>\n

\nMr. Sasser has served as a Regional Vice President for the Company since he joined in September 2018 and has held responsibility for both the North and Atlantic regions. Mr. Sasser earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Purdue University and completed the MCAA Advanced Leadership Institute at Babson College.<\/p>\n
