In addition, Deep Fission has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 375,000 shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Deep Fission\u2019s common stock has been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol \u201cFISN\u201d and is expected to begin trading on June 18, 2026.
