Mr. Yufan Jiang’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company’s operations, policies or procedures. Effective July 1, 2026, Mr. Kan Li will be appointed as Acting Chief Risk Officer of the Company. \u00a0Mr. Kan Li has served as the President and Director of the Company and will continue to hold these positions.<\/p>\n
