(\u201cLEO\u201d) and BNY Mellon Strategic Municipal Bond Fund, Inc. (\u201cDSM\u201d) will continue to steward the Funds, according to preliminary voting results of the Funds\u2019 annual stockholders meetings held on June 11, 2026. A dissident stockholder, Saba Capital Management, L.P.
