The shares of common stock of Nova Minerals and the warrants of Nova Minerals issued in connection with the redomicilation are expected to commence trading on the NYSE American under the symbols \u201cNVA\u201d and \u201cNVAWS,\u201d on or about June 17, 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter, respectively.<\/p>\n
