This project aims to support neighbors who struggle to meet basic needs: food, shelter, and healthcare. Funds will be used to purchase supplies needed for programs including ANC\u2019s urban farm, Hunter Park GardenHouse; The Outreach Center, which facilitates information and referrals related to social services; and Breadbasket food pantry. The grant will also help fund subsidized memberships to its Veggie Box program, a subscription program that increases access to nutritionally-dense foods and supports mid-Michigan farmers.
