\nCitizens Financial Group, Inc. [NYSE: CFG] today announced that Chris Emerson has been appointed Head of Investor Relations, effective August 1. Kristin Silberberg, who currently leads Investor Relations, will transition to serve as Chief Financial Officer of the Commercial Bank at that time.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cChris brings a wealth of experience across Finance, including working closely with our Executive Committee and business leaders in his current Corporate Planning capacity and his previous role as CFO of the Consumer Bank. His leadership and broad finance and business insights will be invaluable as he engages with investors, analysts and other key stakeholders,\u201d said Chief Financial Officer Aunoy Banerjee. \u201cKristin has played a pivotal role over the past six years in shaping the company\u2019s investor communications through a period of significant market events and business transformation.
