(NYSE: IIPR) (\u201cIIP\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) announced today that its board of directors has declared a second quarter 2026 dividend of $1.90 per share of common stock, representing an annualized dividend of $7.60 per common share. Since its inception in 2016, the Company has paid $1.2 billion in common stock dividends to its shareholders.<\/p>\n

Additionally, IIP announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.5625 per share of IIP\u2019s 9.00% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock.<\/p>\n

The dividends are payable on July 15, 2026 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2026.<\/p>\n
