(Nasdaq: AGNT), the holding company for eXp Realty\u00ae, NextHome, Inc., FrameVR.io and SUCCESS\u00ae Enterprises (formerly known as eXp World Holdings, Inc.) (\u201cAGNT\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), today announced the completion of its corporate transformation, including the official renaming of the Company from eXp World Holdings, Inc. to AGNT, Inc. and the Company\u2019s redomestication from Delaware to Texas.<\/p>\n

The new name makes official what has defined the Company since its founding: an unwavering commitment to the success of independent real estate agents.<\/p>\n

Since adopting the AGNT ticker in May 2026, alongside the addition of NextHome to its platform, the Company has operated as a true multi-model enterprise, uniting distinct brands under a single, agent-centric holding structure. The move reflects a governance framework deliberately designed to match the realities of AGNT’s agent-driven business model, where Texas law expressly permits directors and officers to consider the interests of constituencies critical to the enterprise \u2014 including agents \u2014 when exercising their fiduciary duties. The decision to redomesticate was the product of a Special Committee of independent directors, supported by outside counsel and a review process spanning more than a year, and was approved by AGNT\u2019s stockholders at the Company\u2019s Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on May 8, 2026.<\/p>\n
