(Nasdaq: OHACU) (the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced that, commencing on or about June 5, 2026, holders of the units sold in the Company\u2019s initial public offering of 18,400,000 units, which included 2,400,000 units issued upon the full exercise of the underwriter\u2019s over-allotment option (\u201cUnits\u201d), may elect to separately trade the Company\u2019s Class A ordinary shares (\u201cClass A Ordinary Shares\u201d) and rights (\u201cRights\u201d) included in the Units. Each Unit consists of one Class A Ordinary Share and one Right to receive one-fourth of one Class A Ordinary Share upon the consummation of an initial business combination. The Class A Ordinary Shares and Rights that are separated will trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) under the symbols \u201cOHAC\u201d and \u201cOHACR,\u201d respectively.
