\n Mont-Saint-Guibert, Belgium \u2013 June 4, 2026, 10:01 pm CET \/ 4:01 pm ET \u2013 Nyxoah SA (Euronext Brussels\/Nasdaq: NYXH)<\/b> (\u201cNyxoah\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), a medical technology company focused on developing innovative solutions for Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), today announced the commencement of a leadership transition process in order to further accelerate the Company\u2019s U.S. commercial traction.<\/p>\n

Following seven successful years leading Nyxoah, Olivier Taelman, together with the Board of Directors, has decided that this is the right moment to transition leadership to a U.S.-based Chief Executive Officer as the Company enters its next phase of U.S.-driven growth and value creation. The Board has formally launched a search process to appoint a new U.S.-based CEO who will lead Nyxoah from within a critical market for the Company\u2019s future growth. <\/p>\n

Mr. Taelman will remain fully engaged during the transition period, continuing to lead the Company\u2019s daily operations and to support a smooth onboarding and successful transition to the future CEO.<\/p>\n

Nyxoah is a medical technology company focused on the development and commercialization of innovative solutions to treat OSA.
