Berkley Corporation (NYSE: WRB)<\/b> announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend on its common stock of 50 cents per share to be paid on July 2, 2026 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 23, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\nIn addition, its Board of Directors has voted to increase its regular quarterly cash dividend to 10 cents per share, representing an 11.1% increase from the present rate. This dividend will be paid on July 2, 2026 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 23, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\nIncluding the dividends announced today, the special and regular quarterly cash dividends paid year-to-date, and shares repurchased through March 31, 2026, total capital returned to shareholders during 2026 is approximately $558.8 million.<\/p>\n<p>\nFurther, its Board of Directors has increased the Company\u2019s share repurchase authorization back to its previous level of 25 million shares of common stock.
