\n Shareholders approved all proposed resolutions<\/b>\n <\/p>\n

DBV Technologies (Euronext: DBV \u2013 ISIN: FR0010417345 \u2013 Nasdaq Stock Market: DBVT), a late stage biopharmaceutical company (the \u201cCompany<\/b>\u201d), held its Combined General Meeting (the \u201cGeneral Meeting<\/b>\u201d). The General Meeting was chaired by Michel de Rosen, Chairman of the Board of Directors (the \u201cBoard<\/b>\u201d). <\/p>\n
