(the \u201cIssuer\u201d), intends to raise \u20ac950,000,000 through an offering of senior notes due 2033 (the \u201cNotes\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>\nThe proceeds from the Notes offering will be used to refinance certain of the Issuer\u2019s existing indebtedness and to pay fees and expenses related to the Notes offering.
