\nVenture Global, Inc. (\u201cVenture Global\u201d) (NYSE: VG) has announced today that its board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.018 per share on its Class A common stock and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable on June 30, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 15, 2026.<\/p>\n

About Venture Global<\/b><\/p>\n

\nVenture Global is an American producer and exporter of low-cost U.S. liquefied natural gas (\u201cLNG\u201d) with over 100 MTPA of capacity in production, construction, or development. Venture Global began producing LNG from its first facility in 2022 and is now one of the largest LNG exporters in the United States. The company\u2019s vertically integrated business includes assets across the LNG supply chain including LNG production, natural gas transport, shipping and regasification. Venture Global\u2019s first three projects, Calcasieu Pass, Plaquemines LNG, and CP2 LNG, are located in Louisiana along the Gulf of America.
