The Rule requires Nasdaq-listed companies to timely file all required periodic financial reports with the SEC.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Company intends to file the Form 10-Q as promptly as practicable and expects to regain compliance with the Nasdaq listing requirements prior to any applicable deadlines.
