(Nasdaq: CELU) (the \u201cCompany\u201d), a longevity-focused regenerative and cellular medicine company, today announced that it received a notification letter on May 27, 2026, from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC indicating that, as a result of the Company\u2019s delayed filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2026, the Company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1).\u00a0Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) requires listed companies to timely file all periodic financial reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.<\/p>\n<p>The Nasdaq notification letter has no immediate impact on the listing or trading of the Company\u2019s common stock, which continues to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol \u201cCELU.\u201d Nasdaq has provided the Company with a 60-day period, or until July 28, 2026, to submit a plan to regain compliance.
