(Nasdaq: RR) (\u201cRichtech Robotics\u201d or \u201cthe Company\u201d), a Nevada-based robotics company developing AI-driven automation solutions for commercial and industrial applications, announces that it has received a notice (the \u201cNotice\u201d) from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (\u201cNasdaq\u201d), stating that the Company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the \u201cRule\u201d), because it has not timely filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2026 (the \u201cForm 10-Q\u201d) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the \u201cSEC\u201d). The Rule requires Nasdaq-listed companies to timely file all required periodic financial reports with the SEC.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Nasdaq has provided the Company with 60 calendar days from the date of Notice, or until July 21, 2026, to submit a plan to regain compliance. If Nasdaq accepts the Company&#8217;s plan, then Nasdaq may grant the Company up to 180 days from the due date for the filing of the Form 10-Q, or until November 16, 2026, to regain compliance.
