S. markets, including Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico and Oregon. These locations represent the majority of Homes Direct\u2019s operating footprint and align closely with Champion\u2019s manufacturing and distribution presence in the region.<\/p>\n<p>\nHomes Direct is the largest independent manufactured and modular home dealer in the western region of the United States, with a differentiated business model that engages a broad set of customers. The company offers a range of options and elevated purchasing experience, supporting customers through permitting, financing, home selection and site preparation.
