\nChamberlain University, the nation’s largest school of nursing and a Covista institution, today announced it will open a new campus in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Cincinnati campus will be Chamberlain’s 25th campus and is one of several new campuses opening in the next year as part of the institution’s national expansion strategy. The university is now accepting applications for fall 2026, with pre-licensure Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) classes beginning August 31, 2026.<\/p>\n

\nThe announcement comes as Ohio works to meet a significant healthcare workforce demand with the state recording nearly 50,000 healthcare vacancies per month last year. That shortage carries real consequences for patients. According to the Covista Care Capacity Monitor<\/a>, fielded by Gallup, 76% of clinicians nationwide say staffing shortages compromise their ability to deliver high-quality care. In Greater Cincinnati, six open healthcare jobs compete for every healthcare graduate\u2014a gap that Cincinnati\u2019s healthcare community is actively working to close.<\/p>\n
