Each Unit consists of one ordinary share, par value $0.0001 per ordinary share (the \u201cOrdinary Share\u201d), and one right to receive one-fifth (1\/5) of one Ordinary Share upon the consummation of the Company\u2019s initial business combination (the \u201cRight\u201d). Those units not separated will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Global Market (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) under the symbol \u201cFMACU.\u201d<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Ordinary Shares and the Rights that are separated will trade on Nasdaq under the symbols \u201cFMAC\u201d and \u201cFMACR\u201d respectively.
