\nCOPT Defense Properties (NYSE: CDP) (\u201cCOPT Defense\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) announced today that its Board of Trustees declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.32 per common share for the second quarter ending June 30, 2026. The second quarter 2026 dividend represents an annualized amount of $1.28 per share and is payable on July 15, 2026, to shareholders of record on June 30, 2026.<\/p>\n
