(the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced that commencing May 20, 2026, holders of the units sold in the Company\u2019s initial public offering may elect to separately trade the Class A ordinary shares and warrants included in the units. Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC under the ticker symbol \u201cRREV\u201d and \u201cRREVW,\u201d respectively. Those units not separated will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC under the symbol \u201cRREVU.\u201d No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade. Holders of units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer &amp; Trust Company, the Company\u2019s transfer agent, in order to separate the units into Class A ordinary shares and warrants.<\/p>\n<p>\nAs previously announced, on May 1, 2026, the Company completed its initial public offering of 25,000,000 units.
