\nUnited Bankshares, Inc. (\u201cUnited\u201d) (NASDAQ: UBSI<\/a>) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a second quarter 2026 dividend of $0.38 per share for shareholders of record as of June 12, 2026.<\/p>\n

\nThe dividend payout of approximately $52.4 million on 137.8 million shares is payable July 1, 2026. The year of 2025 represented the 52nd consecutive year of dividend increases for United shareholders. Only one other major banking company in the USA has achieved such a dividend record.<\/p>\n
