JACKSONVILLE, Fla., May 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Kinetic today announced a major broadband expansion in Florida, delivering multi-gig fiber internet to 5,900 additional homes across more than 20 communities in the first quarter of 2026. The expansion highlights Kinetic\u2019s commitment to delivering better technology, at a better value for customers.<\/p>\n

In the first quarter of 2026, Kinetic added fiber locations in Lake Butler, Live Oak, Crescent City, Branford, Callahan, Jacksonville, Crescent City, Jennings, Lake City, Fort White, Hastings, Trenton, Pomona Park, Alachua, and more. A portion of the fiber locations that were added in Alachua County were funded, in part, by a grant from the Alachua County Board of County Commissioners.<\/p>\n

To date, more than 42,000 locations across the Sunshine State have access to Kinetic\u2019s high-speed, next-generation connectivity.<\/p>\n
