\nSimilarweb Ltd. (NYSE: SMWB), a leading digital market intelligence company, today announced that its Board of Directors has initiated a formal search process for the company\u2019s next Chief Executive Officer, as part of a planned and orderly leadership transition.<\/p>\n

\nFounder and Chief Executive Officer Or Offer, who founded Similarweb in 2007, will mark 20 years leading the company in May 2027. Approaching that milestone, Mr. Offer has informed the Board of his intention to transition out of the CEO role and is working closely with the Board to ensure a thoughtful and seamless handover. Mr. Offer will continue to serve as CEO through the conclusion of the search and a transition period with his successor, with the leadership transition expected to be completed by mid-2027. During this period, he will remain fully focused on executing the company\u2019s strategy for customers, employees and shareholders.<\/p>\n
