In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 10,500,000 shares of Class A common stock.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq on May 13, 2026, under the ticker symbol \u201cFRVO\u201d.
