The company\u2019s Compensation and Human Capital Committee approved the grant of Inducement Awards, made under the Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. 2026 Inducement Stock Plan, to Mr. Gray as a material inducement to Mr. Gray\u2019s hiring as Chief Financial Officer on April 2, 2026.
