NEW BRIGHTON, Minn.–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–
\nAPi Group Corporation (NYSE: APG) (“APi” or the “Company”) today announced the pricing of the previously announced private offering by APi Group DE, Inc. (“APi DE”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.75% senior notes due 2034 (the “Notes”) at an offering price of 100% of the principal amount thereof. The Notes will be senior unsecured obligations of APi DE and will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by the Company and certain of the Company’s existing and future foreign and domestic subsidiaries. The offering is expected to close on or before May 14, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. APi intends to use the net proceeds from this financing for funding of the recently signed and announced Onyx-Fire Protection Services Inc. and Wtech Fire Group acquisitions, as well as for general corporate purposes.<\/p>\n
